Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Office Experience Manager to lead Tax Advisors and CSPs in delivering a consultative client experience in person. You will coach, manage daily operations, and partner with OEM/DGM to drive growth for the busy tax season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce consultative client experience daily within the office.
• Model client-centric behaviors and set team standards.
• Serve as on-site contact for escalated client service concerns.
• Conduct client walk/talks and exit conversations for real-time feedback.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap.
• Anchor coaching on one high-impact behavior at a time.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Drive office growth: client count, revenue, conversion, service standards.
