Handshake is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our NYC office. Youll serve as the primary contact for facilities, vendors, and employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering welcoming events and experiences that support culture and productivity.

This role blends workplace operations with employee experience and event execution, ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or event execution.
• Proven experience planning and executing in office events and experiences as part of core responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the NYC office, including facilities issues and vendor coordination.
• Lead planning and execution of in-office events and experiences for team building and culture.
• Manage daily food and beverage program, vendor relations, and service quality.
• Coordinate vendor services and maintain relationships for consistent quality.
• Track requests and tickets, document operations, and support budget tracking.
