Job summary

GTT is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Reston, VA to lead reception, janitorial and food service activities for a busy office of 100–140 employees. The contract spans 8 months with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, onsite only.

The role requires strong customer service, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will train with a departing colleague and work with local and national teams to deliver a best-in-class workplace experience and manage

Qualifications

2 years of workplace programs, facilities, employee experience, events, and/or site management experience.
Ability to organize events and manage small projects efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
On-site work capability in Reston, VA during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

Ensure best in class end-to-end workplace experience for employees and guests at the office.
Oversee workplace services: mail, janitorial, food & beverage, supplies, and events.
Plan and execute employee events based on feedback and interests.
Coordinate logistics for internal events, including catering and setups.
Monitor expenses and report monthly/quarterly results.
