Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator for its Santa Barbara and Montecito offices. This 100% in-office role focuses on delivering a 5-star welcome experience, supporting agents with tools, and ensuring office standards are upheld.

You will handle front-desk tasks, assist with marketing requests, and collaborate across departments to serve our clients and agents. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or office operations and comfort with enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Great listening skills and empathetic towards customer pain points.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous and highly organized; able to work in-office during standard hours.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage the front-office experience; maintain appearance and organization.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and services.
• Assist with marketing requests and collateral from templates; liaison to marketing advisors.
• Collaborate with teams to address questions and gather feedback for agents.
• Troubleshoot technology/devices, printers, conference room hardware, and enterprise systems.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support such as meetings and data entry.
