Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator in Santa Barbara/Montecito, CA. You will welcome guests, manage office operations, and provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and services to agents and staff.

You will collaborate with marketing for collateral, assist with events, and help maintain the office environment to a 5-star standard. This 100% in-office role requires strong communication and organization and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in the office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the office, welcoming guests and managing mail distribution.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and services.
• Create collateral from templates and liaise with marketing advisers.
• Collaborate with team members to address questions for agents.
• Troubleshoot basic tech and devices, printers, and conference room hardware.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support, such as data entry and meeting prep.
• Be a culture carrier with a positive, constructive approach.
• Assist with office event setup and teardown.
