Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face in our Winnetka office. You will manage front-desk operations, support agents with Compass tools, and handle basic marketing collateral requests.

You will collaborate with teams, provide 1:1 tech help, and assist with events and communications. This role requires a friendly, organized, customer-focused approach and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Experience in real estate a plus (not required).
• Experience with enterprise technology such as Zendesk, Salesforce or Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer the office line; maintain office appearance and supplies.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and services.
• Create collateral from templates and liaise with marketing for requests.
• Collaborate with teams to address questions and relay feedback from agents.
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues with devices and rooms.
• Assist with sales meeting prep, data entry and internal communications.
• Uphold a positive culture and support event setup and teardown.
