Job summary

Compass is hiring an Agent Experience Coordinator for our Huntington, NY office. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a 5-star welcome, maintaining office standards, and supporting agents with tools, marketing requests, and day-to-day operations.

You will collaborate with the agent experience team, provide 1:1 tech support (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence), assist with event setup, and help create a community within the space.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in customer service, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong listening, communication and empathy for customers’ pain points.
• Able to work in-office during standard hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage office appearance and mail distribution.
• Provide first-line support for office-related needs and assist with marketing requests.
• Support adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 help.
• Collaborate with teams to address questions and gather feedback from agents.
• Assist with event planning, setup and teardown; data entry and internal communications.
