Compass, Inc. is hiring an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact in Compass offices. You will manage the office, assist customers with Compass tools, and support marketing requests while collaborating with the agent experience team. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling facilities, and guiding users through Compass technology, with opportunities for growth and cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise technology tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the office, welcome guests, manage mail, setup events, and maintain office appearance and supplies.
• Provide 1:1 support to help customers adopt Compass technology and services.
• Assist with basic marketing tasks by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with teams to relay questions and feedback from agents.
• Troubleshoot basic tech devices and conference room hardware.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support such as data entry and meeting prep.
