Compass, Inc. is hiring an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for agents in Beverly Hills. This in-office role will train users, support marketing requests, and guide customers through Compass tools and services.

You will work with onboarding, marketing, and facilities teams to ensure a world-class experience and smooth office operations, while fostering community and responsive support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service, training, office management or operations.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Ability to train others and deliver effective 1:1 or group sessions.
• Strong listening, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact via phone, email and in-person meetings.
• Lead 1:1 training and group sessions; support marketing requests and collateral creation.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to welcome new customers to Compass.
• Support office openings, national initiatives and expansion/ M&A activities.
• Welcome guests, handle office operations, and maintain supplies.
