Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our customers and manage their ongoing relationship from onboarding onward.

You will train users on Compass tools, assist with marketing requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class experience for agents. This in-office role supports office operations and events across our Ocean City and Avalon offices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise software for training or support is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Promote Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral and coordinating with marketing.
• Partner with Onboarding for welcoming new customers.
• Support office operations and events, including openings and expansions.
• Welcome guests and manage office communications and facilities.
