Compass, Inc. is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator for our Huntington office. This role is 100% in-office, serving as the first face customers meet and ensuring a five-star welcome while upholding Compass office standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, office management, hospitality or operations experience.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong listening, empathy and communication for customers.
• Passion for fostering in-office community and engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; highly organized.
• Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage mail distribution; ensure office appearance and organization.
• Provide first-line support for office-related needs and track supply inventory.
• Support adoption of Compass technology and services with 1:1 assistance.
• Create marketing collateral from templates and liaise with marketing advisors.
• Collaborate across teams to address questions and gather agent feedback.
• Answer basic tech questions and troubleshoot devices and enterprise systems.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support; assist with meetings and data entry.
• Act as a culture carrier to inspire teammates; support events setup/teardown.
