• Enter sales transactions and order information into Storis.
• Verify order data accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Process documentation for cash, deliveries, and service orders per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via calls, counter inquiries, payments, and inquiries.
• Answer and investigate customer inquiries using multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate files and perform clerical support as needed.
