Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter sales transactions and order information into the Storis system accurately.
• Verify order details and correct discrepancies.
• Complete documentation and process cash balances, deliveries, and service orders per guidelines.
• Provide customer service support via a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries.
• Handle inquiries across phone, web, chat, mail, and fax.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and volume.
• Process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
• Verify paperwork for order processing accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external personnel.
• Maintain accurate files to maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support for store staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
