Responsibilities

• Enter sales transactions and order information into Storis.
• Verify order accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Process documentation for cash balances, deliveries, and orders.
• Provide customer service via inbound calls, counter inquiries, payments.
• Handle inquiries via phone, web, chat, mail, fax.
• Maintain accurate files and assist store staff.
