Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist in Seattle. You will be the front-of-house ambassador, coordinating lobby flow and call routing, while also owning shipping, mail, and digital print projects.

You’ll operate high-end devices, maintain supplies, and keep workspaces VIP-ready across regional sites. The role requires 2+ years in office services or logistics, MS Office fluency, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Travel: Reliable transportation required; regional travel is core.
• Flexibility: Able to handle same-day assignments and varying schedules.
• Experience: 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Front of House ambassador providing a 5-star concierge experience.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and manage mail/logistics lifecycle.
• Operate high-end MFDs for print, binding, scanning with proactive maintenance.
• Keep conference rooms and common areas VIP-ready and stocked.
