Compass, Inc. is hiring an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the first friendly face in Compass offices. You will manage office operations, support a portfolio of clients, and help users adopt Compass tech while collaborating with onboarding and marketing teams.

You will play a key role in delivering a world-class client experience, fostering community, and ensuring office standards are upheld. This role requires in-person availability and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Excellent listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Desire to build community and boost in-office engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous and highly organized.
• Able to work in the office during standard hours.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage mail, set up events, and maintain office appearance.
• Manage a small portfolio of customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Support adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 assistance.
• Partner with the National Onboarding team on onboarding processes.
• Provide basic marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing.
• Collaborate with other teams to relay questions and feedback on behalf of agents.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to technology, devices, and conference room hardware.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support such as sales meeting prep and data entry.
• Be a culture carrier who inspires positive change.
