Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact in Compass offices, ensuring smooth office operations and adherence to Compass standards. You will support a small group of customers with onboarding, tool training, and marketing requests, while partnering with the agent experience team for ongoing support.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, collaborative problem-solving, and a positive, change-oriented culture within a dynamic real estate

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build community and engage in-office interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front-office operations to maintain a welcoming, organized space.
• Directly manage a small portfolio of customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and related services.
• Collaborate with National Onboarding on new customer onboarding processes.
• Assist with basic marketing tasks by creating collateral from templates.
