Opensity Solutions in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office setting. The role supports meetings, events, and guest services with attention to detail and responsiveness.

The position is non-exempt, requires strong presentation, communication skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs and move up to 75 lbs as part of event support.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms per event specifications (furniture, AV, catering).
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms, offices, pantries, and kitchens for cleanliness and supplies.
• Prepare visiting offices and temporary workspaces daily.
• Support service requests including supplies, event support, and equipment setup.
• Use room reservation systems and scheduling tools to manage operations.
• Assist with after-hours event setup, coordination, service, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for seamless events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Educación
