Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services within a professional office environment. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services while ensuring exceptional presentation, responsiveness and attention to detail.

Reporting to site leadership, you will collaborate with internal teams and manage room setups, catering, AV tech and reservations to maintain an elevated workplace experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service experience.
• Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms per event specifications, including AV equipment and catering.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness and readiness.
• Support visiting offices and temporary workspaces with setup and organization.
• Operate room reservation systems and scheduling tools efficiently.
• Assist with after-hours events, setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
