Topline Heating & Air is seeking an eager Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office-based team in Lancaster, PA. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive interactions to support our 5-star, family-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and schedule appointments with our Sales Representatives.
• Assist customers over the phone with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns when possible.
• Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Develop knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and excellent customer support.
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
