Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air in Lemoyne, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice of our office. You will answer calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, and provide courteous support to customers.

Customer Service Representative

Are you friendly, organized, and ready to help customers feel taken care of? Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC & plumbing company serving Lemoyne, Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team part-time and be the welcoming voice of our company.

Position Details:

• Hours: Rotating schedule, Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Weekend availability required
• Location: Lemoyne, PA - Training to be on-site, remote after training**
• Type: Part-time, remote
• Hourly base of $12-$16/hour plus commissions*

Responsibilities:
