Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air in Lemoyne, PA, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join the office team part-time. Initially on-site for training, the role moves to remote work after training with an evening/weekend schedule.

This CSR will handle calls, schedule appointments, support dispatching, and maintain records, contributing to a growing local HVAC & plumbing company.

Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC & plumbing company serving Lemoyne, Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team part-time and be the welcoming voice of our company.

Position Details

• Hours: Rotating schedule, Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Weekend availability required
• Location: Lemoyne, PA - Training to be on-site, remote after training**
• Type: Part-time, remote
• Hourly base of $12-$16/hour plus commissions*

Responsibilities
