Qualifications

• Basic numerical reasoning for transactions and reports.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clerical software.
• Strong organizational abilities in a busy retail office.
• Experience with Storis, Ring Central and routing software preferred.
• Familiarity with company intranet systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales and order data into the Storis system accurately.
• Verify order details and correct discrepancies.
• Process cash balances, deliveries, and financing paperwork per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via calls, counter inquiries, and payments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, web, chat, mail, or fax.
• Meet or exceed service quality and accuracy standards.
• Process credit applications and payments for orders.
• Communicate professionally with staff and customers.
• Maintain organized files to maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
