Qualifications

• Familiarity with Storis, Ring Central, and routing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales transactions and orders into the Storis system accurately.
• Verify order information and correct discrepancies.
• Process cash balances, deliveries, and service orders in line with guidelines.
• Provide customer service via calls, counter inquiries, and payments.
• Handle inquiries through multiple channels (phone, web, chat, mail, fax).
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality, accuracy and volume.
• Process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
• Maintain organized files to maximize productivity.
• Offer clerical support to store staff as needed.
