Position Overview

Office Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced environment? Were looking for a dynamic Office Assistant to join our friendly team! This full-time position runs Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a competitive salary and ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Visitors: Greet clients and guests with a friendly smile, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
  • Communication Hub: Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring every query is handled effectively.
  • Office Management: Keep our workspace organized with supplies and equipment, creating a productive environment.
  • Mail Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, keeping everyone on track.
  • Correspondence Preparation: Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communications seamlessly.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain company databases and records with accuracy.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with processing invoices and payments, contributing to our financial efficiency.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
