Caliber Collision in Forest Lake is seeking an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including payroll and HR administration, AR/AP, and cash handling, while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company SOPs. Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment
• 1+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for company insurance

Responsibilities

• Support front office teammates with necessary tools, training and information
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping
• Maintain AR/AP accounts and cash handling procedures to company standards
• Deliver a world-class customer experience through consistent SOP adherence and ongoing training and monitoring
