Caliber Collision in Nazareth, PA is seeking an Office Administrator to perform varied front-office duties, payroll and HR administration, and financial recordkeeping. You will help maintain AR/AP, cash handling, and ensure consistent application of SOPs to deliver a world-class customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, 1+ year in AP/AR/payroll (preferred), and a valid driver's license. Overtime is available with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and maintain records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling per SOP.
• Provide front office support and ensure tools, training and information are available.
