Job summary

Caliber Collision in Glenside, PA is seeking an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, supporting front-office teammates with tools, training and information to help them excel. This role includes payroll and HR administration and accurate recordkeeping for center associates.

You will manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures in line with Caliber SOPs, and strive to deliver a world-class customer experience by promoting consistency and ongoing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-office support with tools, training and information for staff.
• Maintain payroll and HR administration and records for center associates.
