Job summary

Caliber Collision in Lock Haven, PA is seeking an Office Administrator to support front-office operations, Payroll/HR records, and financial processes while delivering a world-class customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, experience with AP/AR and payroll (preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Caliber offers benefits from day one, weekly pay, vacation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office with tools, training and information.
• Handle payroll and HR-related administration.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
• Provide world-class customer experience to all customers.
• Ensure SOPs are consistently applied through training and monitoring.
