Job summary

Caliber Collision Nashville Downtown is seeking an Office Administrator to support front office operations, payroll and HR administration, and center accounting duties in a fast-paced collision repair center. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, 1+ years of AP/AR/payroll experience, and a valid driver’s license to meet coverage requirements.

A focus on accuracy and exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and training resources.
• Handle payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world class customer experience by ensuring center’s SOPs are consistently applied.
