Job summary

Caliber Collision in Alcoa, TN is seeking an Office Administrator to manage front office duties, payroll and HR-related records, and center accounting tasks. You will support teammates with tools and information and uphold Caliber SOPs to provide a world-class customer experience.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service with 1+ year in AP/AR and payroll, plus a valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support with tools, training and information to teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling per SOP.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring SOP adherence and training.
