Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Bradenton, FL, to support front-office activities, payroll and HR administration, and center accounting. The role emphasizes accurate, timely processing and delivering a world-class customer experience by adhering to Caliber SOPs.

The assistant will help with Accounts Payable/Receivable, cash handling, and provide tools and training to teammates to perform their jobs effectively in a fast-paced production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and tools to teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; manage cash handling per company standards.
• Ensure a world-class customer experience by enforcing Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
