Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Administrator at the Denton service center to handle front office support, payroll and HR admin, and basic AP/AR duties. You will ensure accurate records, assist teammates with tools and information, and help maintain cash handling procedures while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications include 2+ years in a customer-facing role, 1+ year in AP/AR and payroll (preferred), plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support with tools, training and information for teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by consistently applying Caliber SOPs and ongoing training.
