Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Naperville to support front office teammates with tools, training and information, and to manage payroll, HR administration and recordkeeping for center staff. • 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.

• Maintain AR/AP accounts and cash handling procedures to SOPs.
