About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly reliable Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations across our US markets, based from our NYC office. This is a hands-on, dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage incoming checks, invoices, and deposits; coordinate office rent payments.
  • Assist with key inventory and in-office storage of smaller supplies.
  • Oversee NYC office operations and snack orders for all US offices.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
  • Write checks and support basic financial administration tasks.
  • Support office visitor access logistics and team event coordination.
  • Keep internal storage organized and stocked for operational needs.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of miscellaneous office and offsite events.
  • Take on other administrative or office projects as needed.

Who You Are:

  • 2–5 years of office administration or operations support experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable handling financial documents and payments.
  • Tech-savvy and proactive with a “how can I help?” attitude.
  • Able to lift light office supplies (~20 lbs) when needed.
