Job description

Global is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team. The position will support the firm in all aspects of office management and operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining smooth and efficient company functions. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responsible for data entry, and various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations. If you're proactive, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Phone Management: Make calls to all incoming leads and inquiries, answer, screen, and direct calls, take detailed messages, and ensure timely follow-up. Be the point of contact for clients and prospects.
  2. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Input and maintain accurate data in systems, update and manage files, records, and documents.
  3. General Administrative Support: Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as needed.
  4. Assistant to VP: Assist the VP of Marketing & Sales with scheduling, calls, and email communication as needed.
  5. Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments, clients, and vendors. Assist in preparing email communications, presentations, and webinars.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
  3. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for professional interaction with clients, partners, and teams.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM, and other office software.
