We are partnering with a rapidly expanding engineering firm in the Boston area, having nearly doubled in size over the past year and continuing to secure exciting new projects. To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated Office Administrator who can thrive in a dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll handle traditional administrative duties such as scheduling, document management, and office coordination, while also taking on opportunities to grow in areas like marketing support, social media management, billing, and accounts receivable/payable. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to expand their skillset and make an impact in a fast-growing company.
Pay Range: $22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr. (contingent on experience). Overtime opportunities may be available and paid at 1.5x the regular rate.
