Position Summary

The Administrator is responsible for performing clerical services and has the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions. This position utilizes communication/interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with patients, families, physicians, vendors, and staff.

Education/Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • At least one (1) year working in an office setting with experience in Outlook and Microsoft Word.

  • Maintains integrity of MPP systems, equipment and business.
  • Commitment to customer service with a pleasant, professional telephone demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage daily courier service, troubleshooting, route changes, etc. Responsible for deposits and cash reconciliations. Maintain daily deposit log. Log and distribute manual charges. Support RCM team. Handle registrations, collections, incoming mail, answer phones, and support special projects.
