Your future role
  • Approve and process work orders, ensuring timely resolution
  • Validate new US installation addresses using USPS and county records
  • Generate, prepare, and upload maintenance reports; update tracking systems
  • Collaborate on reports, including preparing and distributing customer lists and contracts
  • Update tracking sheets for owner changes, installations, and permits
  • Manage purchase orders, validate customer info, and coordinate internally
  • Handle urgent US mailings, including file prep and vendor coordination
  • Prepare detailed reports on Ecoflo installations for compliance
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork approach
  • Experience with regulatory compliance documentation
  • Comfort with learning new software and systems
  • Knowledge of permitting processes and address validation tools
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle urgent tasks
