Job Summary

Service Center: Kalamazoo - W Mosel Ave

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator. Responsibilities include assisting with front office support, payroll and HR recordkeeping, managing Accounts Receivables and Payables, cash handling, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience by adhering to Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing environment
  • At least 1 year experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
