Description
Provide general administration support to all Beazley staff housed in the New York Beazley office, including managing facilities, scanning documents, organizing files and supplies, handling daily and overnight mail and packages, routine correspondence and inquiries, visitor management, and maintaining high-traffic areas. Support the end-to-end process for new joiners, from issuing contracts to liaising with third-party benefits suppliers and conducting first-day inductions. Manage the process for leavers and changes in employment terms. Provide support to business partners and advise employees on HR operational procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and manage processes related to absence and leave, including maternity, adoption, paternity, flexible working requests, holidays, and sickness.
Handle the global inbox, ensuring SLAs are met and queries are managed appropriately. Keep systems up-to-date by inputting information promptly. Participate in team projects and support benefits administration and payroll queries as needed. Assist with operational requirements for audits and act as a system super user for core systems.

Additional Qualifications
Experience in administration, customer service, administering assessments and online tests is advantageous.
Job Details
