ROLE SUMMARY

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative activities within a professional healthcare technology environment.

The Office Administrator will coordinate administrative tasks, maintain records, support project and management teams, assist with scheduling and correspondence, and help ensure the office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day-to-day office administrative operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, records, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
