Job summary

Pacific Catch, Inc. seeks a Director of Off-Premise to own delivery, takeout, and catering end-to-end across Southern and Northern California.

You will grow 3PD, B2B, and catering revenue, protect margin through smart partner terms, and ensure every order is accurate, on time, and of restaurant quality. The role partners with Operations, Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and GMs, travels regularly to restaurant locations, and offers a remote, salaried position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in restaurant operations or growth roles, incl. 3+ years leading off-premise.
• Experience with 3PD and B2B channels.
• Proven negotiation of partner agreements and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with P&L, POS data, and BI dashboards.
• Willingness to travel to restaurant locations regularly.

Responsibilities

• Grow 3PD and B2B revenue by expanding partnerships and locations.
• Negotiate rates, fees, and promotions with partners.
• Launch new delivery and B2B partners and manage marketing plans.
• Oversee catering via ezCater and grow direct corporate catering.
• Set standards for order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Publish KPIs and drive actions with Operations.
