Job summary

Sweetgreen is seeking a Director of Digital Off-Premise & Catering to lead the off-premise P&L, marketplace strategy, and partner relationships. You will scale catering and B2B programs, negotiate with major platforms, and ensure profitability while maintaining brand standards.

This role requires onsite presence in Los Angeles four days a week. You will steer a cross-functional team across Operations, Marketing, Finance and Tech to align on revenue growth, guest experience, and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital channel management, third-party delivery, catering, partnerships or commercial growth.
• 5+ years hiring, managing, and leading teams, including managers.
• Owned revenue line or P&L with attributable growth.
• Knowledge of marketplace economics, commissions, promotions and margins.
• Cross-functional leadership and external partner negotiations at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own off-premise P&L and channel strategy across catering, B2B, and marketplace.
• Define multi-year marketplace positioning on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and ezCater; manage marketing and promotions.
• Lead senior relationships with platform and workplace partners; negotiate terms with Legal and Finance.
• Direct catering operations to scale deliveries; align labor models and order flow with ops teams.
• Set KPIs and evaluation methods for off-premise success and incrementality.
