Specialty Restaurants Corporation seeks a dynamic Catering & Off-Premise Manager in California to drive third-party delivery, catering, and digital ordering for its restaurant portfolio. You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Culinary, and Technology to grow revenue, improve profitability, and enhance guest experiences.

You’ll analyze sales data, lead platform integrations, and guide promotions and campaigns for both delivery and catering channels, while exploring innovative digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in marketing, business, digital commerce, or restaurant leadership.
• Experience managing digital marketplaces, delivery platforms, or catering channels.
• Strong understanding of DSP ecosystems and digital ordering tools.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to convert data into insights.
• Experience with POS integrations or catering platform technology.
• Background in multi-unit or multi-concept restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of digital merchandising and menu strategy for delivery and catering.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for third-party delivery, catering, and digital ordering across the portfolio.
• Lead development and execution of off-premise delivery strategy to grow revenue and improve profitability.
