Off the Grid in San Francisco seeks a Sales Manager to own the catering pipeline, forecast, and team development. This role drives demand without a quota and ensures reps convert opportunities while maintaining margin and feasible production handoffs.

You will build outbound engagement, coach reps, and partner with marketing, events, and operations to scale revenue in a fast-growing, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years managing quota-carrying sales reps.
• Forecast discipline; builds stage-based forecasts.
• CRM fluency with reporting and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the catering pipeline and forecast.
• Coach reps and manage ramp.
• Design outbound engagement and first-contact approach.
• Ensure margin and feasible handoffs to production.
