Job summary

Pacific Catch seeks an Area Director to lead 4–6 restaurants, overseeing P&L, operations, and people. This field-based role drives sales, ensures brand standards, and partners with Home Office to implement initiatives. Expect travel across the Bay Area and Southern California, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership of GM teams, and solid financial acumen. A valid driver's license and local residency are required.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of restaurant management experience.
• Significant multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven sales growth across multiple locations.
• Strong development of General Managers.
• Experience with P&L and financials.
• Excellent guest experience balance with profitability.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Based in the market with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Owns full restaurant P&L in their area, excluding occupancy.
• In restaurants nearly every day; presence is the job.
• Enforce The Pacific Standard Eight: forecasting, scheduling, line checks, audits.
• Conduct audits and close findings with GMs and chefs.
• Hold GMs and chefs accountable for standards and results.
• Escalate unsolved issues and drive resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive sales, partner with Marketing for local store marketing.
• Build community relations and generate catering leads.
• Work with Home Office to shape initiatives and provide field feedback.
