Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and providing accurate product information.
• Drives sales through product/service recommendations and understanding athlete needs.
• Onboards and trains new team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains merchandising standards, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in programs (loyalty, warranty, private label).
