Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as the subject matter expert of store processes.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged wherever and whenever they shop.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor plans, signage, price changes, and inventory standards.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranties, private label credit cards).
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are treated with respect and safety protocols are followed.
