Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding athlete experiences by engaging customers, understanding needs, and offering product recommendations and accurate information.
• Supports onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert for store processes.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and customers are engaged as desired.
• Upholds merchandising standards, floor set plans, signage, pricing changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label) and drives store initiatives.
